We follow the guidelines and recommendations from the CDC and the American Dental Association for infection control.  Your safety is our priority.  Below is our 'Expanded Infection Control' protocol.

  • Pre-appointment confirmation calls/emails to assess any changes in your health

  • 'In-Your-Car' waiting: To maintain proper social distancing between patients, you will be asked to remain in your car once you have arrived at the building. Please let us know when you have arrived and we will advise you of the appropriate time to come up to the office.

  • New scheduling protocols: to allow safe social distancing between each scheduled patient, we will keep a 30 minute gap between appointments and see a maximum of 5 patients per day*.  Seniors will have priority to be seen earlier in the day.

  • We ask all patients & companions entering the office wear a face covering.

  • Hand sanitizer is available for use upon entering the office

  • Temperature checks: All patients are checked for fever with touchless thermometer

  • COVID-19 health questionnaire and consent form for new and returning patients

  • Limitations on companions: Please minimize the number of family members or friends accompanying you to your visit. Only patients are allowed entry into the office, unless the patient is a minor or needs assistance.

  • Companion chairs, if needed, outside office at a safe distance from others.

  • Remote consultations and follow up (Tele-dentistry) will be implemented to minimize onsite appointments if possible.
  • Provider/Staff: Daily health assessment and temperature check at beginning of day

  • Full personal protection equipment, i.e. gown, head cover, face shield, mask

  • Ongoing training on OSHA and infection control protocol and close monitoring for compliance.

  • Self-contained water reservoir & water lines for the operatory will be treated daily with sodium hypochlorite(bleach).

  • Air purifiers with medical grade filtration H13 True HEPA are in use at the reception area and operatory room.

  • UV-C lamp will be used for 15 min. between appointments in the operatory room*.

  • Continuous and thorough disinfection of ALL surfaces in the office
